As the founder of Aaria properties and SLRV builders & developers, Ramesh Sistla is a real estate developer with an eye for properties and the ability to realize a brand with an immense experience of 30+ years. He has developed 10000+ acres across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Known throughout the real estate industry for his tireless work ethic and attention to detail, his passion led him to the hospitality ventures. His strength is his ability to understand the needs and desires of frequent travellers and guests. This led to him pioneering the foundations of what we would come to know as luxury hospitality-Sistla Hospitality. The hotel business, meanwhile, is proving to be tailor-made for his wide-ranging interests in capital markets, operations, marketing and design. Having shaken up the hotel industry's dynamics through his debut, he wishes to contribute a number of other influential innovations and practices in hospitality.

Mr Lohith

Lohith Sistla is a civil engineer by profession and entered the real estate field in 2018. He has since taken care of 3-4 prestigious real estate ventures. With a lifetime passion for becoming the best and most sought-after hospitality brand, he has invested his interest and dedication in their first hotel in Gudivada- Athithi Inn, synonymous with luxury and comfort. He aims to pioneer the development of new hotels and resorts in multiple places.
